We have compiled a list of activities to help the visitor become familiar with the Denali area and to
assist in planning your Alaskan vacation.  We recommend staying 2 to 3 days in the Denali area to
fullyenjoy everything that is offered.  Be sure to plan one full day to take the Park Service shuttle bus in
to Denali National Park.  Another day can be spent doing a local activity such as whitewater rafting or
flightseeing combined with some time at the Denali National Park Visitor Center.  A third day is an
excellent opportunity to take a day trip to Fairbanks.  Only a 2-hour drive from our hotel, you can
do a full day of activities in Fairbanks and be back in the Denali area for dinner. The following is a
list of suggested activities in Denali and Fairbanks.
