Group Reservations Policy
We are a NON-SMOKING facility. A fee of $250.00 will be added to your room if anybody smokes in your room. Deposit Requirements for Tour Groups: Because we have only 48 rooms available we allow a maxium of 30-room group bookings and because tours
have such a big impact on our advance reservations we have the following Tour Group deposit requirements
Deposits due:
May and June Reservations: 100% due 5/1/06
July Reservations: 50% due 5/1/06 and 100% due 6/1/06
August Reservations: 50% due 5/1/06 and 100% due 7/1/06
September Reservations: 50% due 5/1/06 and 100% due 8/1/06 Failure to make payment by due date will result in cancellation of the reservation. Cancellations must be
received by Denali Park Hotel 45 days or more in advance of the arrival date to have the deposit refunded,
less a non-refundable $250 reservation handling fee. If the hotel receives less than the 45 day notice of
cancellation the hotel will keep the amount of the deposit. Deposits may not be credited or applied to any
other tour group dates. Each tour is treated independently. If the tour group is down-sized less than 45 days before arrival more than 20% but less than 50% of the
total rooms reserved, a full refund of the cancelled rooms will be made less a $250 cancellation fee.
Tour groups that cancel more than 50% of their rooms less than 45 days before arrival will have a
cancellation penalty of the amount of the deposit. If the hotel receives written cancellation of a few rooms (5%-20%) 15 days in advance of your arrival a
full refund will be given. No refund will be given for rooms cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival. Tour groups reserving rooms are requested to send room lists 2 weeks prior to arrival and to release
extra rooms as soon as possible. We have only 48 rooms available and tours have a big impact on our
advance reservations. Cancellations are requested as quickly as possible, due to the short season and
high demand. We work in good faith with many tour groups and want to have a continuing relationship
with our tour operators. We look forward to providing great rooms at competitive prices for your
